Questions
Is this a real person dressed as Santa?
No. Our Santa is an original, hand-painted storybook character, animated with AI and voiced by a synthetic voice. Every script is personalized for your child. We think it's magic, but we want to be honest with parents about how it's made.
How fast will I get it?
Usually within an hour, and always within 24 hours. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder and then email us.
What do you do with my child's information?
We only collect a first name, age, a good deed, a wish, and optionally a sibling's first name, and only from a parent or guardian. We use it to make the video and letter, then delete it from our order records as soon as we deliver. The files themselves are deleted after 14 days, or sooner if you click “Delete my files now.”
Will Santa promise my child a specific gift?
Never. Santa says he's written the wish down and the elves will do their best, so you stay in control of Christmas morning.
What if I'm not happy?
Email us within 14 days. We'll fix a mistake for free or refund you in full. See our refund policy.
Can I print the letter?
Yes. The bundle includes print-ready US Letter PDFs. It looks great on cream or textured paper.
